Can I book cleaning only?
You can request a quote for cleaning or guest changeovers separately. Dates and local availability are agreed in advance.
Can you look after a private holiday home?
Yes. Periodic checks, preparation before arrival and seasonal tasks can be included in your quote.
How are fees calculated?
Based on location, floor area, frequency and scope. Materials and one-off tasks are accounted for separately.
Who approves repairs?
We agree approval procedures and a budget in advance. Work beyond that scope is discussed with the owner first.
